Multiverse Computing built a multi-agent AI assistant that reads incoming emails, technical drawings and PDFs, matches them against the company's product catalog and database, and generates accurate product references and draft technical proposals automatically.
The Challenge
The manufacturer's engineering and sales teams needed to turn incoming technical requests, whether an email, a scanned drawing or a PDF quote request, into the right product reference quickly, without slowing down every deal with a full manual review. Each request could describe a standard product, a close variant or a fully custom configuration, and telling these apart required reading technical drawings alongside a large, constantly evolving product catalog and relational database. A single template or keyword search could not reliably interpret free-form technical language and visual diagrams together.
