The Challenge
The client needed a quantum-ready cryptanalysis tool capable of analysing and attacking both symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic systems, in order to prepare national security capabilities for the advent of large-scale quantum computing. The solution had to meet strict security, confidentiality and reliability requirements, integrate with the client's operational environment, and be delivered as a fully customized system rather than a generic off-the-shelf product. Standard, commercial cryptanalysis tooling was not aligned with these constraints.
