TORONTO and SAN SEBASTIÁN, SPAIN – April 21, 2022 – Multiverse Computing, a global leader in quantum computing solutions for the financial industry and beyond, today announced the appointment of Karina Robinson as Senior Advisor.
Robinson joins Multiverse with over 10 years of experience in providing CEO/Chairman advisory services. Particularly well-known in business and financial circles in London, Robinson is CEO of Robinson Hambro Ltd and a non-executive director on the board of Atlanti, an Anglo-Swiss fund management group based in Geneva.

In 2021, Robinson founded The City Quantum Summit at the Mansion House, an annual event designed to foster collaboration between leaders of financial institutions and quantum computing companies. She serves as Emeritus Governor of the London School of Economics, where she co-founded The Inclusion Initiative, a research unit which leverages behavioral science insights to change the culture of business by enhancing inclusion in the workplace.
Robinson’s journalism career included roles as political and economic correspondent at Bloomberg, senior editor of The Banker and banking columnist for the International Herald Tribune.
Robinson chairs the Advisory Board to the Lord Mayor’s Appeal and was Master of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers. Her education was earned in Madrid, at the Hotchkiss School in the U.S. and at the London School of Economics where she studied economics and international relations. She writes a column on finance and international affairs entitled Karina’s Column and is fluent in four languages.
