On the State of the Union speech, President von der Leyen announced two key initiatives included in the Declaration:

The preparation of a 28th Regime to foster a truly single market for digital and tech innovation.

A multi-billion euro Scaleup Europe Fund, in partnership with private investors, to support young, fast-growing companies in critical tech areas.

These commitments send a strong signal: Europe is ready to lead in AI and next-generation technologies.
