Nethesis, a champion of the Open Source movement in Europe, required a solution that aligned with its core values of transparency and data sovereignty while being scalable enough to reach its network of approximately 600 channel Partners.
While Nethesis autonomously authored the high-quality instructional materials, the challenge was how to process and intelligently ingest the massive volume of complex compliance quizzes required to verify employee learning, without relying on "black box" proprietary models that raise concerns regarding data privacy and vendor lock-in.
The Catalyst: Strategic Success via the CompactifAI Co-Design Program
The breakthrough was achieved through BeeAPro’s participation in the CompactifAI Co-Design Program by Multiverse Computing. This technical collaboration provided BeeAPro with the specialized framework to integrate Multiverse’s quantum-inspired tensor networks into "Nebulizer", BeeAPro’s proprietary AI engine.
Crucially, because CompactifAI focuses on optimizing Open Source LLMs (such as Llama and Mistral), it provided the perfect technological bridge between BeeAPro’s "Human-First" instructional design and Nethesis’ Open Source philosophy. This co-design phase was instrumental in moving from a prototype to an industrial-grade solution capable of handling the high-volume data ingestion required by the Italian enterprise market.
The Solution: A Fully Sovereign AI Stack
BeeAPro developed "Quick Bee," a high-efficiency AI layer powered by CompactifAI and embedded directly into the Nebulizer engine. By utilizing highly compressed versions of leading Open Source models, this layer acts as the operational core for the Nethesis rollout.
Specifically, this integration enables a seamless, secure assessment workflow:
- Intelligent Quiz Ingestion and Parsing: Nebulizer is deployed specifically to handle the heavy lifting of parsing and structuring the extensive assessment quizzes required for regulatory compliance. It translates raw regulatory questions into optimized, interactive assessments.
- Human-in-the-Loop via Trainer Studio: Once generated, these assessments are delivered straight to the Trainer Studio—BeeAPro’s dedicated authoring environment. Here, human Subject Matter Experts from Nethesis retain full control to validate the quizzes, attach them to their video courses, and publish the final verified paths.
- Strict RAG Isolation: To build unshakeable trust in the educational content and avoid the classic hallucinations of standard LLMs, all Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) processing is executed within a ring-fenced architecture. This guarantees that every assessment quiz is strictly anchored to Nethesis’ verified source material, ensuring absolute pedagogical accuracy and compliance readiness.
